The Book of Revelation – Part Three

A New “OnFire Cafe” Book Club series in The Study of Scripture. Come Study with us as we present our new Narration Series “The Book of Revelation”. Join us here for Part Three. The Video contains the narration of the Chapters with images for your entertainment. Because of the complexity and the nature of the Book of Revelation I am not attempting an interpretation of the content at this time. However, this would be a great discussion to have, or discussion group to create at some point forward. The series is being uploaded on all the “OnFire Cafe” Channels for easy access.

Part Three

The Reapers Harvest & The Wrath of God

Revelation 12 , Revelation 13 , Revelation 14 , Revelation 15 , Revelation 16 & Revelation 17

Part Three begins the book of Revelation with Chapters 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17.

The Woman & The Dragon

This section begins with the story of the Woman and the Dragon. The woman is with child and seeks a place to rest. A war breaks out in heaven and the dragon is cast down to earth with his angels in the battle. He pursues the woman to persecute her. But she is given the wings like an eagle and escapes to a place in secret. So the dragon pursues her child to make war with it.

A beast rises up from the sea and is given power by the dragon. And men worship the beast. Then a second beast rises from the earth and he does great miracles by power given to him by the dragon. And they blaspheme God, his saints and heaven. Men worship the dragon and the beasts. And they must take the mark of the beast in order to buy or sell. The mark of the beast in their foreheads or in their hands.

The One Hundred and Forty-Four Thousand

The Lamb stands on Mount Sion with One Hundred and Forty-Four Thousand of God’s firstfruits who are sealed by God in their forehead. They are pure and redeemed from among men. An Angel comes forward proclaiming the hour of God’s judgment has come. Another Angel comes forward announcing that Babylon has fallen. Yet another Angel comes forth proclaiming that those who have accepted the mark of the beast will be subject to the wrath of God and will be punished with eternal torment. But those who have remained faithful will now find rest. And the reapers came forth with sharp sickles and reaped the earths harvest.

Seven angels came out of the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony with Seven bowls of plagues filled with God’s Wrath. And the temple fills with the smoke of God’s Glory and Power. No further entry into the temple is permitted until the Wrath of God was fulfilled.

The Seven Bowls of God’s Wrath

The seven angels go forward to the earth and release the seven bowls of the plagues of God’s Wrath. The dragon releases three unclean spirits from the mouths of the dragon, the beast and the false prophet. And they go to the kings of the earth to gather them together in Armageddon for the great day of God Almighty. Then the final plague was released and the cities of the nations fell. There was a great earthquake sinking islands and leveling mountains. And great hail plummeted the earth. Men blasphemed God because the plague was so great.

An angel then takes the Apostle John to the side and describes the woman riding the dragon. On her forehead is written “Mystery, Babylon The Great, The Mother Of Harlots And Abominations Of The Earth.” He describes the beasts ascent out of the bottomless pit. And further talks about the names not to be written in the book of life. He goes on to describe the meaning of the symbolism calling it the mind which has wisdom.

The Mind Which Has Wisdom?

If you want “the mind which has wisdom” be sure to listen to the full presentation, or read Revelation’s listed chapters in their entirety. I find it quite intriguing to meditate on.

This concludes our brief summary of the content outlined. However, the descriptions by John are quite vivid and contain multiple revelations. I have not attempted interpretation of the meaning of The Book of Revelation but it is quite thought provoking! I hope you enjoy…

For the Love of God,

Sparks
