Good Morning Lord

Exodus 15:2
2 The Lord is my strength and song, and he is become my salvation: he is my God, and I will prepare him an habitation; my father’s God, and I will exalt him

Good Morning Lord! These are the first words I want my mind to hear. I want to start my day praising my Savior. Not Good morning Lord I need…..But Good Morning Lord I praise You for who you are. What a beautiful experience know Jesus has been in your thoughts from the very first though. He already knows our needs. He will provide. I’m not saying don’t ask but in this morning time make it a time just to revel in His majesty. Soak up all the love He has for you. No matter what is going on around you that time with Jesus is so wonderful I don’t have the words to express it. Going through the day knowing you have spent personal time with the Lord.

Here is something to think about. If you woke up one morning and all you had in your life were the things that you thanked God for yesterday? What would you have? Did your mind go directly to material possessions? Mine did when I first heard this but I learned that I am nothing and I have nothing without Jesus. Jesus is All we need. Sooooo. The first thing I try to do is thank Him for who He is. I thank Him for loving me before I even knew Him. Thank Him for loving me so much took up the cross and died for my sins. I thank Him for raising from the dead. I thank him for preparing a place for me.

John 14:3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also

My granddaughter has noticed that when we are driving I am in the habit of thanking Jesus for a green light or a clear merge from an exit ramp. We are not limited to what we want to thank Him for. And He loves our praises. He loves hearing from his children.

Ephesians 5:2, KJV: “And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet smelling savor.“

When we pray our prayers send a sweet smelling aroma to God , What a relationship, What a fellowship What a mighty God. So I will wake up with a Good Morning Lord and continue my praises until I say thank you Lord for a blessed day as I close my eyes and go to sleep. zzzZZZzzz

God Bless You

1 Corinthians 12:7-11 (KJV)
7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.
8 For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit;
9 To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit;
10 To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues:
11 But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
